WORKSHOPS

& ADVISORY

Creativity is a skill. A mindset. And a practice that can be taught. It doesn’t live in a single role, department, or industry. It shapes how people navigate problems, discover possibility, make decisions, and differentiate themselves in the world. When creativity is sidelined, organizations stall. When it’s embedded, they evolve.

My workshops and advisory work are designed to bring creativity closer to the center—helping individuals, teams, and organizations think more clearly, strengthen judgment, and move forward with confidence.

Drawing from decades of experience across art, advertising, education, and culture, I work with brands, institutions, and leadership teams through talks, hands-on workshops, and collaborative advisory—meeting people where they are and building from there.

Workshops & Talks

Workshops are designed to be participatory, practical, and immediately applicable.

They often focus on:

  • Creative problem-solving and critical thinking

  • Breaking habitual patterns and fixed thinking

  • Strengthening judgment and decision-making

  • Reconnecting teams to purpose, meaning, and human insight

  • Using creativity as a tool for alignment, momentum, and engagement

Sessions can be tailored for leadership teams, creative teams, students, or broader organizations, and range from short talks to multi-session workshops.

Advisory

Advisory work is collaborative and embedded, focused on moments when clarity matters most.

This may include:

  • Helping leaders and teams navigate uncertainty or transition

  • Clarifying direction before ideas move into execution

  • Pressure-testing concepts, narratives, or initiatives

  • Supporting creative leaders as they raise standards and confidence

  • Bringing an outside perspective rooted in craft, culture, and lived experience

The emphasis is not on prescribing answers, but on helping others see more clearly and make stronger creative decisions for themselves.

This Work Is Often A Good Fit When:

  • Teams feel stuck, disconnected, or misaligned

  • Creativity has become reactive or procedural

  • Leaders want to build confidence in creative decision-making

  • Organizations are navigating change and need new ways of seeing

  • There’s a desire to move beyond surface-level innovation

I work with a small number of organizations at a time and prioritize focus, depth, and mutual fit. Engagements are shaped around the people involved and the questions at hand, rather than a fixed program or formula.
