CLIENTS:
ART CENTER COLLEGE OF DESIGN: Fresh off the plane from working in Europe for some of the pioneers
of the 360 marketing movement, I spoke to the student body about some of my career favorites, demonstrating
the future of marketing and advertising. From there, I became a part-time instructor and continued to teach
media neutral problem solving at ACCD for almost 4 more years.
BOARDS SUMMIT. BEYOND BRANDED CONTENT: THE NEXT FRONTIER IN ADVERTISING PRODUCTION:
One of four expert panelists discussing new and unique ways to reach an audience, including through
branded content, viral, cell phones, large format and cinema advertising.
CLIO AWARDS: I was asked to speak at The ‘04 Clios because of Project Hello, a fully-independent homeless
awareness campaign that I created that spans over 28 countries. That was a turning point in my career.
I thought, “If everyone in this room, the quote/unquote most creative problem solvers in the industry, came
together to solve some the world’s real problems, we might just succeed.”
BILL & MELINDA GATES FOUNDATION: Shortly after I reinvented 86 the onions, the Bill & Melinda Gates
Foundation invited me to their Grantee Conference to speak to the country’s leading educators about new
media. Instead, I showed them how they can create relevant, newsworthy brand communications on a
shoestring budget. I even got to stay in a nice hotel that puts good karma on the pillow at night.
